SMARTMOVE Program Benefits

Library of Congress Federal Credit Union members are eligible for substantial real estate rebates and discounts via our partnership with Long & Foster’s SMARTMOVE® program.

If you are planning to buy or sell real estate, you will first want to connect with the SMARTMOVE program counselor, via phone or email to register for the program. This step is important to ensure you receive your benefits outlined below:

• Cash rebate on home purchase
• Cash rebate on home sale
• Cash rebate on purchasing property for investment
• Discounts on household goods moving
• Work with an experienced and specially trained agents who are matched to your needs

This program is available to members nationwide, although rebates are prohibited in some states: Non-Rebate States
